CCOP allows financial advisor to proceed NPPMCL’s privatization – Mettis Global Link

September 07, 2022: The Cabinet Committee on Privatization (CCOP) on Wednesday allowed the re-engagement of the Financial Advisor to carry on more with the privatization of Countrywide Ability Parks Management Corporation Minimal (NPPMCL), stated a push statement issued right now.

To recall, the Economic Advisory Expert services Agreement (FASA) for the privatization of NPPMCL was signed concerning Privatization Fee (Personal computer) and M/s Credit history Suisse, Singapore, and expired on April 29, 2022.
