KSE-100 index loses 56.16 points – Mettis Global Link

October 11, 2022 (MLN):  KSE-100 index closed in the pink zone by shedding 56.16 details (.13%) to near at 42,155, after oscillating concerning positive and destructive zone.

By the session’s end, the full volumes of the KSE-100 index stood at 151mn shares, up by 8% from 139mn shares traded in Monday’s session.

In phrases of sectors, most of the unfavorable contributors were know-how, cement, and oil & fuel which negatively contributed 147.68 points. On the flip side, the electricity fertilizer sector shut the session constructive, gaining 27.78 points by the day’s end.

Shares of 92 businesses ended up traded on Tuesday, of which 49 recorded a drop, 40 registered an increase, whereas 3 continue to be unchanged.

Meanwhile, the volume leaders on the benchmark index had been CYNERGY (34.13mn), PAEL (27.37mn), TRG (14.46mn), LOTCHEM (12.64mn), and UNITY (9.92mn).

The shares that emerged as net losers throughout the day provided: NESTLE (1.20%), RMPL (.48%), MARI (1.39%), TRG (7.50%), and ATLH (2.02%). On the other hand, the scrips which obtained the most all through the session bundled MUREB (6.01%), SRVI (6.27%), ATRL (6.27%), NRL (4.12%), and ABOT (1.29%).
