September cheer to tractors: Volumes more than double MoM basis

Escorts Kubota’s tractor profits this September grew 43 per cent at 11,384 units.

Hemant Sikka, President-Farm Devices Sector, M&M claimed the company recorded its optimum-at any time regular monthly sales in September 2022, supported by sturdy demand owing to the festive improve, which the organization expects to continue this month as effectively.

For H1FY23, overall domestic tractor volumes have developed by 10 per cent at 4.87 lakh units as as opposed to 4.41 lakh units recorded in the course of April-September 2021 period.

Tractor exports for September 2022 stood at 11,320 models as as opposed to 12,690 models in September 2021 and 12,118 models in August 2022. For the April-September 2022 interval, exports grew 13 for every cent to 70,420 units.
